Company Policies

  • Booking an appointment requires a 25% deposit of your service choice

  • 15 minute grace period for appointments otherwise the appointment will be rescheduled with a rescheduling fee

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable

  • There is a 24hr cancellation and reschedule notification requirement.

  • Late cancellations and no shows will be charged $30

  • If there is a promotion where the total price includes the 4-6 week follow-up and you DO NOT come within the 4-6 week time frame, the promotion is no longer valid and you will be charged a touch-up price. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • There is a cost for the 4-6 week follow-up. If you DO NOT come within the 4-6 week follow-up time frame, you will be charged a touch-up price. NO EXCEPTIONS

  • NO REFUNDS

  • Sometimes FaithFULL Brows will perform services at various salon locations. The location(s) that your service(s) are performed is NOT responsible for the outcome.
